Gaurav is the Managing Director of VOS Advisors and is responsible for the overall strategy and stewardship of the Company. He also heads the Transaction Advisory Services vertical of the firm.

Gaurav brings to the Company strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence. He believes in nurturing a culture that is entrepreneurial, customer focused and based on teamwork. Before joining the Company, Gaurav was a Partner with Grant Thornton India and head of the Technology Sector Focus Group for the firm. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Gaurav worked with KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Gaurav received his Bachelors’ degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He is also an advisor and independent director to various companies and organizations.

Shubhangi leads the Operations Consulting vertical at VOS Advisors. She is a Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce from the Mumbai University. Before joining VOS Advisors, Shubhangi has worked with Jaipuria Group, PepsiCo & TNT India Pvt. Ltd.

She has close to 30 years of experience in the areas of Business Operations, Corporate Governance, System Implementation, Business Finance and Driving Profitability. Shubhangi has led many business process enhancements projects cutting across functional barriers. At PepsiCo, she handled variety of operating and corporate leadership roles for over prior eight years including Head of Internal Audit for Snacks and Beverages divisions.

In her last role as Regional Director – West region at TNT India, she handled multiple roles which entailed growing revenues, driving strategy execution across functions and leading key aspects of Sales, Operations and Finance. She also had a very successful stint in the role of TNT India Director Finance before taking up the role of Regional Director – West region.

Krupa is the Vice President with the Operations Consulting vertical.

Prior to joining VOS Advisors, she worked with Mantra Advisory, PwC and Indus Towers. She is a chartered accountant and has over eleven years of advisory and corporate experience.

Krupa has advised multiple companies in manufacturing, Telecom infrastructure, Fintech-Edutech-PharmaTech & Startups.

Krupa’s specialization includes Lead Advisory, Financial Reporting, Internal Audits, Due Diligence, Fund Raising, M&A Valuations and Financial Modelling.
